Sustainability Strategy & Reporting Specialist O523

- Formulate & propose the development and the implementation of Bank’s overall Sustainability Framework, strategy, and vision playing an influential role in Sustainability outcomes for the Bank and its key stakeholders
- Formulate the strategy to mitigate and maintain the level of sustainability risk that the Bank can accept
- Assist in developing or executing strategies to address sustainability related issues including portfolio strategy, energy or carbon use, waste management, and sustainability communication
- Evaluate & monitor the performance of Bank’s sustainability risk
- Ensure the compliance of Bank’s related sustainability policies to the latest regulations, trends and best practises
- Ensure the implementation of good governance in implementing sustainability
- Ensure that the Bank cultivates a deep understanding of Sustainability-related opportunities to position itself to be able to strategically tap into and capture these opportunities as and when they arise
- Assist in the identification of new areas of opportunities with currently untapped Sustainability potential, including but not limited to, business development of new Sustainability-related products, and other activities that are related to Sustainability that are aligned to Bank’s business interests
- Ensure that sustainability risk shall be one of the parameter in decision-making process in the Bank
- Help stakeholders, including clients, better understand the Bank’s philosophy and approach to sustainable business and our capabilities, through actively participating in industry conferences, client meetings and outreach programs
- Serve as an expert of industry regulations and policy decisions, and keep key stakeholders across the Bank abreast of material developments influencing sustainable business decisions
- Responsible to the development of capacity building strategy both for internal and external
- Guide investment and financing decisions at portfolio and client level to ensure that the Bank’s Sustainable goals and policies are met and adhered to
- Manage sustainability-related reporting to both regulator and external stakeholders.
- Responsible on Bank’s Rencana Aksi Keuangan Berkelanjutan
