Job Description

1. Demand and supply planning: generating of accurate volume forecast based on historical data, sales input, and various upstream data sources and ensuring enough optimum capacity to cater to the demand
2. Inventory Management: Balancing inventory levels to meet service level goals while avoiding excess stock and obsolescence.
3. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing various data, including sales, inventory, production, and supply chain metrics, to support decision-making. Preparing reports for senior management that offer insights and recommendations.
4. Scenario Planning: Developing and evaluating "what-if" scenarios to understand the potential outcomes of various business decisions and external factors.
5. Communication: Ability to communicate well in Bahasa and English with Chinese being a plus point

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
2. More than 3 years of experience in supply chain planning, with a preference for those with e-commerce industry background.
3. Familiarity with supply chain analysis tools and methodologies, with strong data-driven decision-making skills.
4. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
5. Adaptable to change, with problem-solving skills, able to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
