- To set strategies for scaling up Dual Banking Leveraging Model
- To set initiatives and action plans to support the achievement of shariah KPI of Business Banking and the growth of CIMBN Syariah assets and revenue
- Improve asset quality of CIMBN Syariah.
- Cross sell other CIMB Niaga Syariah’s products and services.
- Indentifying and formulating Syariah Industry Screening for All Segment
- Looking for the Sharia Business market potential to be developed into CIMB Niaga Syariah’s products that are profitable but still safe and meet regulations
- Become a representative of CIMB Niaga in communicating Islamic Finance regulations at the national and regional levels with Regulators (BI / OJK and Government)
- Ensures the Syariah Business operations are in compliance with internal regulations
- Ensures compliance with external regulatory requirements (Fatwas and external auditors)
- Become a hub between Business Units, Customers, Products, and other Supporting units (Credam / Policy / IT / Finance) in resolving product problems and processing of Islamic financing
- To liaise with syariah product development team to assure availability of products and services to support the syariah business
- Assure smooth execution process and monitoring/reporting of syariah Business Banking.
- Conduct education and motivation to sell Sharia Schemes to all related parties
- Creating the Sharia First culture at CIMB Niaga specifically at Business Banking directorate
- To socialize and educate personel of CIMBN regarding shariah banking and Islamic finance.
- Works with stakeholders to build CIMBN talent pipeline (shariah specialist) and succession plan.
- Establish cooperation with Regulators and other institutions to create regulations that can increase the demand for Sharia Business.
- Keep abreast with the development of shariah industry in Indonesia and develop networks among the market players
