Strategy and Planning :
Ensuring customer service according to CIMB Niaga standards and providing customer satisfaction ( CX ).
Business Performance and Management
- Perform validation, verification and call back processes for Transaction Instructions received either via Fax/courier and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
- Coordinate with the Business Unit if the Customer's Instructions do not comply and or require further improvement.
- Monitoring and following up on TBO documents. Ensuring that all Customer instructions are processed according to Customer Instructions correctly and in a timely manner.
People Management :
- Ensuring the adequacy of employees as a team in the transaction process. Actively involved and participating in the implementation of Training and BLS
Regulatory Compliance :
- Carry out the process implementation and ensure that the instructions processed are in accordance with the stipulated provisions such as SOP, Memo, IO, Juklak/Juknis, etc. as well as external provisions such as PBI, SEBI, etc
- Bachelor degree or above
- At least 3 years of experience in trade finance
- English both writing and speaking is a must
- Have good knowledge of trade finance transactions and rules (UCP 500/600, ISBP 745, CDCS) will be a point plus.
- Good communication skill, problem solving, attitude, self motivated and team worker
