Job description:

• Resolve customer complaints or issues
• Putt takeout orders in containers or bags
• Process discounts and coupons
• Answer customer questions
• Book reservations
• Host customer to table
• Welcoming customer
• Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies
• Closing or cashing out the register at the end of the day
• Process the payments and providing change and receipts
• Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas

Job requirements:

• Work experience as a Restaurant Cashier or in a similar role
• Basic PC knowledge
• Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS
• Good math skills
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Customer satisfaction-oriented

Pay: Rp7,000,000.00 - Rp15,000,000.00 per month
