Graphic Designer - Fusion Restaurant (Seminyak)

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and versatility in design. They should be skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) and possess a keen eye for detail. Experience in creating visually appealing marketing materials, branding, and digital content is essential.
Requirements
- Open for local candidates.
- Minimum five years of experience in graphic design, with proficiency in industry-standard applications such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design), Figma, and other relevant tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, particularly in branding, marketing, and digital content.
- Familiarity with working and organizing files on Dropbox or similar cloud storage platforms.
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines consistently. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of work.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Google, Tik Tok, as most content will be created for these platforms.
- Understanding of branding and how to maintain visual consistency across all materials.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with other team members.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate designs based on input from the team.
- A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics. Ability to think creatively and propose new ideas that align with the brand’s identity.
- Capacity to adapt to different styles and trends while maintaining the brand’s voice.
- Ability to troubleshoot design and technical issues that may arise during the creation and implementation of graphic content.
- Resourcefulness in finding solutions and optimizing designs for different platforms and formats.
- Ability to create designs that are aligned with marketing strategies, understanding target audiences, and how to visually communicate brand messages.
- Ability to collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns that are visually appealing and aligned with broader marketing goals.
- Create engaging visual content for promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and advertisements, adhering to brand guidelines and design principles.
- Design visually appealing graphics for digital platforms, such as social media posts, website banners, email newsletters, and digital advertisements, optimising designs for online visibility and engagement.
- Assist in maintaining and evolving the company brand identity, ensuring consistency across all design collateral and communications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and operations, to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and execute integrated campaigns.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design, incorporating innovative ideas into design projects to maintain company competitive edge.
