A Bali-based company specialising in the production and sale of high-quality bedding products, is looking for a SEO Specialist to join their team immediately.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for all web marketing activities, focusing on website performance, acquisition, and conversion. Ideally a hands-on and all-around person, who is creative, hardworking, and looking to gain hands-on experience working on a variety of projects and has the passion to care for the environment and the community which aligns with the brand’s core values.
Requirements :

• Understands HTML, CSS, and Java Script for web optimisation.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
• Able to use web analytics tools and knowledgeable in SEO/SEM.
• Familiar with CMS, email marketing, and marketing automation tools.
• Able to manage multiple tasks effectively with attention to detail.
• Proactive, highly energetic, and focused on achieving targets.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ready to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Capable of managing web marketing projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities :

• Website Management: Responsible for website content editing and optimisation activities. This includes supporting the web needs of team members in marketing, product development, and sales.
• SEO: Manage and execute sitewide SEO, e.g., define global and local keywords, improve search performance, optimise landing pages, expand sources of traffic by using local search engines, and plan & deliver link-building strategies.
• Analysis: Monitor sites on a daily, weekly, & monthly basis and ensure channels are achieving targets with Google Search Console, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Stakeholder Management: cross-team collaboration, working closely with the marketing and content teams to educate and provide guidance for SEO optimisation for landing pages, blogs, videos, social media, and PR.
• Research: produce competitor analysis, insights, and benchmarking.
• Monitor and share new and latest digital marketing trends for business considerations.
