What You'll Do:

• Sales Rotation: Gain hands-on experience in sales, understanding customer needs, and driving business growth.
• Marketing Rotation: Develop and execute marketing strategies, manage campaigns, and analyze market trends.
• Breadth Roles Rotation: Work in areas like Commercial Excellence, Omnichannel, Digital, Insights & Analytics, Consumer Marketing Insights, Experience Journey for HCPs, Life Cycle Innovation, New Assets Launch Excellence, Pricing & Market Access, and Competitive Brand Strategy.

What We're Looking For:

• Educational Background: A degree in Pharmacy & Natural Sciences is preferable, but all majors are welcome to apply.
• Innovative Thinking: Fresh ideas that boost productivity and efficiency.
• Passion for Healthcare: A strong interest in pursuing a career in the healthcare industry.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
