Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Hangar Support Assistant to help maintain our hangar facilities and support aircraft operations. This role emphasizes building and facility maintenance, assisting with aircraft movements, and providing support for aircraft painting and coating tasks. Candidates with experience or skills in aircraft painting will have a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the safe movement and positioning of helicopters within the hangar.
• Maintain hangar cleanliness and organize tools, equipment, and materials.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance of building infrastructure.
• Support receiving, dispatch, and delivery of aircraft parts and tools.
• Prepare aircraft surfaces for painting, including masking and surface cleaning.
• Assist in applying paint, coatings, or anti-corrosion treatments under supervision.
• Ensure proper disposal of waste and adherence to safety protocols during painting tasks.
• Maintain records of inventory, aircraft movements, and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with technicians and logistics teams for efficient hangar operations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in hangar or aviation support preferred.
• Skills or experience in aircraft painting or coating is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with helicopter operations is a plus.
• Physically fit and capable of manual labor, including lifting and moving heavy objects.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety protocols.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
