Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the school’s mission and long-term goals.
- Manage the school’s financial resources, including cash flow, investments, and assets.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Collaborate with the school's leadership team to provide financial insights for decision-making.
- Prepare and present financial reports to the board and other stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management, preferably in an educational institution or non-profit sector.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective financial strategies.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to the school’s mission and values.
