Description:
The role has to oversee all operation of facility management, including quality control, compliance, budget spending, attachment to basic competencies and vendor contract execution in KPPTI & Jabodetabek Region. The role also has to deliver service operational & maintenance buildings as regulated by the government on facilities so that it functions properly and have good performance for all stakeholders and to ensure vendors deliver best practices according to the agreed KPIs.
Job Description
Property Management
- Exploring implementation plan for the property and facilities management function, to be translated into action plan in HQ and Jabodetabek Region
- Ensure availability of facility property operations, including controlling & customizing master cleaning schedule & master preventive schedule to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity,
- to support company operating activities according to basic principles of facility management in HQ and Jabodetabek Region
- Consumable management in HQ and Jabodetabek Region
- Ensuring contract implementation from vendor to all IOH assets in HQ and Jabodetabek Region according to SLA & SLG compliance
- Budget: Executing action plan according to budgeted AOP
- Procedures: Regulating daily operations to follow and improving business procedures
- Keeping up building in HQ and Jabodetabek Region to comply with the government regulations on facilities
- Implementing vendor's operation to comply with the government code of conduct
- Keeping legal standing as a daily operation implementation referring to regulated code of conduct from the government
- Implementing daily operations and standardization to achieve satisfactory employee experience
Safety & HSE
- Develop and rehearse emergency response team to be readied to overcome any kind of disaster and disturbance
- Implementing HSE checking to all operations activity as well as enforcement of uncompromised standard to achieve zero accident
- Regulating vendor's operation to implement HSE schedule including all incident reports and forms to support the implementation of HSE
- Implementing HSE Management System (SMK3) to be closely followed in all aspects of operations by all vendors in entire IOH assets in HQ and Jabotabek Region
- Ensuring re-certification is successfully done without neither major nor minor findings.
Security
- Implementing security checking to all operations activity as well as enforcement of uncompromised standard to achieve zero incidents in all IOH assets in HQ and Jabotabek Region
- Involving in monthly vendor coordination with all local gov. security official
Property Supplier Management
- Implementing code of conduct to manage suppliers
