Jobdesc:
- Receive and record complaints and reports from customers
- Monitor, ensure, record and report up & down alarm status changes that occur in all Network Monitoring System application instruments
- Do first level troubleshooting
- Add and customize data attributes or "Device" information on the NMS
Requirement:
- Min. SMK majoring TKJ (Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan)
- Fresh graduate are very welcome!
- Highly understanding about computer networks concept
- Willing to be placed in Bandung
- Willing to work in shift
Job Type: Full-time
