Hotel Sales Executive - Bali

Role Purpose: To assist Sales Manager in achieving hotel sales goals by managing sales activities and collaborate with other teams to expand brand presence.
Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue business opportunities for the sales of hotel rooms
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to increase revenue and occupancy rates
Conduct negotiations with customers to reach a favorable bargain for both parties, prepare proposals, and close deals
Fully responsible of accounts under his/her management; including business production, updating profile and contracting or renewing contracts
Up-sell, cross-sell and promote Hotel facilities & services at every available opportunity in order to maximize sales revenue
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets
Attend trade shows and networking events to generate leads and build relationships
Stay current on industry trends and competitive activity in the local market

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in any field
At least 1 year experience of working in the related field
Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Good understanding of the local market and industry trends
Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
