We are on the lookout for a vibrant and dynamic Housekeeping Public Area Manager to lead our dedicated housekeeping team in maintaining the pristine and inviting atmosphere that our guests have come to love.

Location: Bali, Indonesia
Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations in public areas
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols
• Train and manage housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support
• Conduct regular inspections of public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to safety standards
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and maintained
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Address and resolve guest complaints related to public areas promptly and effectively
• Prepare reports on cleanliness standards and staff performance for management review
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping management or a related field, preferably in a hospitality environment
• Strong knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
