HR Risk Control Unit Specialist O922

- Identification key risk area related to operational & compliance risk inside the HR Directorate and determine the acceptance level of the residual risk and ensure the minimum control required to mitigate the residual risk.
- Conduct plan to perform audit trial in the selected Sub-Directorate under HR Directorate referring to the Operational Risk Tools.
- Forecast the required financial budget to perform the risk control initiative under HR Directorate
- Provide insight of improvement in the HR Processes based on the identified issued / finding from control testing or audit process
- Develop programs and communication series to promote Risk Culture as an approach to increase the awareness that Risk and Compliance is everyone’s responsibility. Engage with Risk Management, Compliance, AML, and Corporate Assurance for a better alignment on the implementation and evaluation of risk & compliance monitoring in HR Directorate.
Business Performance and Management
- Review the potential implication of the identified risks under HR Directorate.
- Provide self assesment rating of each risk identified and derive comprehensive remedial actions to mitigate the residual risks
- Implement the operational risk and compliance framework of the bank in a robust and disciplined manner.
- Coordinating the required control issue management as an effort to mitigate the potential risk/control weakness in each process under HR Directorate for its assigned portfolio
- Ensure corrective control issue management are conducted properly and closed by the due date for its assigned portfolio.
- Monitor to ensure policies and procedures within HR Directorateare updated and in-line with the Bank’s higher level of framework/policies for its assigned portfolio. Act as a liaison officer or coordinator of the HR Directorate for any internal and/or external auditors for its assigned portfolio.
People Management
- Engage all teams within HR Directorate to have a common ground of understanding of operational risk & compliance framework, and key risk area that need to managed under HR Directorate. Ensure the formulation of Individual Development Plan and it’s realization
Regulatory Compliance
- Adherence with regulatory requirements / compliance matrix.
- Comply with policies, procedures, and regulatory.
