To provide strategic leadership and direction to the HR department. Responsible for aligning HR practices with the Studio’s objectives, fostering a positive work culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations while optimizing HR processes to support the organization’s growth and success.
Delivery: What you produce
Knowledge
1. In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
2. Understanding of organizational development and strategic HR planning
3. Familiarity with HRIS and other HR-related software
Experience
1. Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in HR management, including
leadership roles
2. Proven track records in designing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
3. Experience in managing a diverse HR team and driving employee engagement
Technical skills
1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret HR metrics and data.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder
management.
3. Proficient in HR software and tools for payroll, and performance management
Behaviors
1. Leadership and people management skills
2. Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
3. High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR matters.
4. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Delivery: What you produce
- Developing and executing HR strategies aligned with the Studio’s goals and values.
- Providing guidance and support to the HR team in various HR functions, such as performance management, employee relations, and payroll.
- Analyzing HR metrics and data to identify trends and insights that inform strategic decision-making.
- Overseeing the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs across the studio.
- Collaborating with department heads and managers to address HR-related needs and challenges.
- Developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the Studio’s objectives
- Leading and mentoring the HR team, ensuring their professional growth and development
- Conducting performance evaluations and providing guidance on performance improvement plans
- Overseeing employee relations matters, grievances, and conflict resolution
- Collaborating with the management team to drive Studio culture and employee engagement
- Ensuring HR compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Implementing employee development and training initiatives to enhance skills and competencies
- Overseeing HR administration, including payroll, personnel records and HRIS management
- Make decisions and implement HR strategies in alignment with the Studio’s objectives
- Allocate resources and set priorities within the HR department
- Oversee and guide HR initiatives and programs across the Studio
- Conduct investigations and resolve complex employee issues within established guidelines
- Represent the HR department in discussions with the senior management and other departments.
- Advise and guide managers on HR-related matters, including employee relation and disciplinary actions
