Signature Consulting Pte Ltd Singapore is hiring for Human Resources Officer based in Jakarta.
Job Desc:

• Participate in recruitment process involving sourcing, screening, and selection of ideal individuals
• Formulate and implement other HR activities and projects as and when directed by the Management
• Ensure that payroll is processed timely and accurately and in compliance with local laws.
• Develop and manage employee communications and engagement
• Perform payroll calculations including overtime, referrals, allowances and deductions, pro-ration and retro-pay.
• Perform payroll payment transfer upon approval of Director and prepare payroll journal reports for Financial division.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Economics, Business, Management or equivalent from a reputable university
• Able to communicate and write in fluent English
• Knowledgeable in laws and regulations for payroll and taxation.
• Good Ms. Excel, numerical and administrative skill
• Strong coordination and communication skills, humble and down to earth
• Meticulous, have attention to details, diligent and able to work independently and with integrity
