- Knowledgeable in Occupational Health Services processes.
- Proficient in emergency management.
- Skilled in Emergency Response, including Confined Space Rescue, Work at Height Rescue, Water Rescue, etc.
- Capable of developing work programs, schedules, reports, and documentation (priority requirement).
- Familiar with the four pillars of Health: Promotion, Prevention, Curative, and Rehabilitative.
- Understanding of Health and Industrial Hygiene program cycles (AREP).
- Knowledgeable in workplace environment measurement and monitoring.
- Able to conduct training related to Occupational Health, Workplace Environment, and Emergency Response Team (ERT).
- Minimum of a Diploma from a reputable institution with a major in Nursing.
- Required certifications in Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) in Workplace Environment, Fire Safety, Rescue, BTCLS, and Occupational Health (Hiperkes).
- Experience as a Paramedic in a hospital setting.
- Previous experience as a staff member in IHOH and ERT roles within a Power Plant, Smelter, Construction, or EPC Contractor environment.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to escalate field issues effectively.
- Willingness to be placed at the Bulungan Jobsite, North Kalimantan, on a rotational schedule.
