Job Description:

• Source, negotiate, and procure local and imported products to meet the company's quality and cost requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships, particularly with suppliers from China, ensuring clear communication and efficient transactions.
• Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure sufficient storage capacity for incoming shipments.
• Handle the full cycle of the procurement process, from purchase orders to delivery and quality control.
• Ensure compliance with local import laws and regulations, including managing necessary documentation and customs clearance procedures.
• Monitor and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any potential delays or issues.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and pricing agreements.
• Collaborate with the finance team to manage procurement budgets and control expenses.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement, particularly in sourcing both local and import products.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and inventory management.
• Familiarity with import documentation and procedures.
• Fluency in Mandarin is required, both written and spoken.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in using procurement and inventory management software is a plus.
• Experience in sourcing products from China or other international markets is a plus.
