- Responding and resolving technical support requests from users.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Maintaining documentation and reports on resolved issues.
- Collaborating with other IT team members to improve systems and processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Networking, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support (preferred).
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and related software.
- Ability to diagnose and fix hardware issues.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
