IT Operation Administrastor Officer

Your responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and software.
- Document and track support requests using a ticketing system.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or vendors as needed.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
- Work closely with other IT team members and departments to coordinate and resolve issues.

Communicate effectively with end-users to provide clear instructions and updates
Your qualifications
- Education Min D3
- Able and hard skill of Microsoft operating system
- Ability to maintain, manage, and repair software and hardware.
- Have basic technical skill and knowledge in IT Infrastructure
- Have a good understanding of Networking
- Good in English both Verbal and Written.
- Dependability - the individual is consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction and feedback to improve performance.
