Qualifications:

• A degree in property management, real estate, business administration, or a related field is often required
• Have 5 years of experience in property management, real estate, or a related field. Experience in managing similar types of properties is often preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & property management software
• Strong interpersonal skills to handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction
• Basic understanding of property maintenance and repair processes
• Excellent in English
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
