Marketing Executive

As the Marketing Executive you will be responsible in planning and executing marketing events, managing administrative duties and collaborate with marketing teams of Liebherr Indonesia.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and execute marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and corporate gatherings
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure successful event execution
Act as a point of contact for external vendors, agencies, and service providers
Monitor event budgets and timelines, ensuring events stay within budget and on schedule
Track and process invoices, budgets, and other financial documents related to events and campaigns
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks for the marketing team, including maintaining marketing data records, and handling correspondence
Assist with basic design tasks and video editing as needed, collaborate with Communication Specialist

Competencies

Bachelor's degree and 2 years experience in a related field
Full professional proficiency in English
Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic design and video editing skills using related tools (e.g.Adobe Creative Suite and Premiere)
