Requirements:

• 2 years’ experience in an upscale restaurant or café
• Relevant associate degree highly advantageous
• Fully competent in all areas of kitchen management
• Professional Proficient in English

Responsibilities:

• Highly organized in all aspects of international standard kitchen management
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards are met
• Monitoring food cost and minimizing waste to maximize profitability
• Contributing creative ideas to menu development and special dishes
