Junior IT Project Manager

Job description:
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to gather project requirements and create a Project Plan (timeline, resources, budget).
- Prepare essential documents like Scope of Work (SOW), SLA, and project timelines.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring smooth integration and timely issue resolution.
- Monitor project performance, manage risks, and ensure alignment with budget and timelines.
- Provide post-implementation support, collaborating with the support team to address any client issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Management, or related fields.
- 1-2 years experience in project management, preferably in tech or healthcare industries.
- Experience working with IT teams, business teams, and executives.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of Saa S, cloud, mobile apps, IT infrastructure, SDLC, and system integration.
- Familiarity with change and risk management.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications are a plus.
