Job Qualification:
a. Proven experience in managing Quantitative research projects.
b.Fresh graduated we are welcome
c. Proficient in Mandarin and English.
d. Proficiency in SPSS, Excel, or other data processing software.
e. Exposure to Qualitative research projects is an advantage.
f. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
g. Strong communication skills and excellent logical reasoning abilities.
Job Description:
a. Oversee project management for both Quantitative and Qualitative research initiatives.
b. Assist Senior Researchers in preparing comprehensive reports for each research project.
c. Conduct fieldwork for Qualitative or Quantitative research as required.
d. Facilitate communication and negotiation with field vendors and external agencies.
e. Coordinate and manage respondents' schedules effectively.
