Qualification

• Male / Female, maximum 35 years
• Graduate from culinary management, hotel & restaurant, or a related major
• Minimum 2 years experience as Junior Sous Chef
• Excellent in English both spoken and written
• Good communication & leadership skills, well organized, and have a strong personality
• Creative and innovative to create a new menu
• Have concerns with hygiene & quality standards

Responsibilities

• Implement sous chef and company policies
• Organize and ensure kitchen operational activities run according to SOP
• Create inventory plans, control stock of materials and waste
• Responsible for handling problems in the kitchen
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the kitchen leader's
• Provide coaching and training to improve the skills of leaders & staff
