Qualification
Contract length: 12 months

- Male / Female, maximum 35 years
- Graduate from culinary management, hotel & restaurant, or a related major
- Minimum 2 years experience as Junior Sous Chef
- Excellent in English both spoken and written
- Good communication & leadership skills, well organized, and have a strong personality
- Creative and innovative to create a new menu
- Have concerns with hygiene & quality standards
- Implement sous chef and company policies
- Organize and ensure kitchen operational activities run according to SOP
- Create inventory plans, control stock of materials and waste
- Responsible for handling problems in the kitchen
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the kitchen leader's
- Provide coaching and training to improve the skills of leaders & staff
Contract length: 12 months
