Job Requirements (must have) :
- Mandarin proficiency of at least HSK5 level, able to listen, speak, read, and write
- Bachelor's degree (high school graduates with exceptional skills may also be considered)
- Capable of both written and verbal translation

- More than 2 years of experience in administrative management or related fields is preferred.
Job Description: - Job Responsibilities: 1. Oversee the daily management of employee dormitories, ensuring a clean and tidy environment. 2. Manage the work of cleaners to ensure quality service in the dormitories. 3. Responsible for the daily management of the office, maintaining a clean and organized workspace. 4. Oversee the management of the cafeteria, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness. 5. Check the quality of the dishes served in the cafeteria and monitor the prices of vegetables. 6. Handle procurement based on cafeteria needs, ensuring sufficient supplies are available. 7. Coordinate the reception of leaders and visiting clients, ensuring smooth reception activities. 8. Responsible for translating reports and other relevant documents to ensure accurate communication.
