Job Requirements (must have) :
- Have bachelor's degree or above in any major
- More than 10 years of work experience in property / real estate industry and 5 years of it in market development
- Have certification, qualifications or equivalent to engineer title, level 1 constructor, and level 1 cost engineer
- Must be fluent in English and Indonesian.
Prefrerred :
- Have professional background in civil engineering, water conservancy, municipal administration, construction, transportation, geotechnical and other engineering majors
- Fluent in Mandarin
- Have strong relation with Indonesia government
- Have experience in senior management positions in top state-owned construction enterprises at Indonesia
Job Description: - Assist in the strategic planning of national market framework projects, formulate the company's overall market work plan, and propose specific directions and implementation plans for marketing, branding, public relations, activities, etc. - Assist in market research and analysis of framework projects, study peers and industry development status, conduct regular market forecasts and intelligence analysis, and provide basis for company decision-making. - Directly be responsible for the implementation of the company's marketing management systems, and assist in continuously improving the marketing department's work processes and system specifications during practice. - Manage the marketing team and provide market training and guidance to team members and related departments.
