Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Handle incoming inquiries from customers efficiently and professionally.
• Customer Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with customers through regular visits and introductions to our brand and products.
• Information Sharing: Share customer information with relevant teams within the office and headquarters.
• Customer Strategy: Develop and implement tailored strategies to meet the specific needs of each customer.
• Business Travel: Undertake business trips to visit customers in various locations, such as Surabaya.

Job Qualifications:

• English Proficiency: Fluency in English (speaking and writing)
• Microsoft Office Suite: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Internet, and Outlook)
• Industry Experience (Marketing): Proven experience and connections with EPCs and end-users in the chemical, water, and geothermal industries.
