Job Description:
- Develop and manage feasibility and profitability of property development projects through financial modeling
- Analyzed Financial data including cost estimates, cashflow projections, and investment returns to support decision making processes
- Manage project Budgeting Management (PBM)
- Conduct research of industry including market research
- Creating presentation in Japanese Language to be reported regularly each month
- Interpreting or translator job will be minor
Requirement:
- Max. 40 years old
- Education Min. D3
- Experience min. 3 years with business development such as financial analyst & developing financial modeling
- Experience in property developer / investment banking or similar role is preferred
- Japanese speaker, hold JLPT N2
- Able to operating Microsoft office (especially Ms. Excel, for analyzing data etc)
- Able to join ASAP
