The Core Objectives: 1. Responsible to support administration works on merchandising daily activities such as new product listing, promo submission, price changing submission, etc 2. Manage the good relationship with the suppliers and partners to ensure expected deliverables outcomes 3. Monitor the daily inbound flow and collaborate with replenishment team Essential Experience / Criteria: 1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university 2. Minimum 1-2 years experience in retail industries (online/offline) / ecommerce, having merchandise background will be preferable 3. Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia 4. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office or Google sheet, Slide, Doc Desirable Experience / Criteria: 1. Honest and eager to learn something new 2. Negotiation skills 3. Effective communicator 4. Relationship builder 5. Team player
