Job Description:
1. Day to day task will be working under Partner Operations Team to grow and manage partner community projects
2. Responsible for end-to-end project management from brainstorming, conceptualizing, liaising with internal and
external stakeholders, and project execution
3. Report and evaluate, drawing conclusions and action items from data and on-ground observations
4. Required to perform ad-hoc tasks as needed by the Team to improve overall business
5. Working and collaborating across team and stakeholders as part of Partner Operations Team
Essential Experience / Criteria:
1. Minimum educational background: S1 (Graduated) from reputable university
2. Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English, as well as public speaking and presentation skills
3. Analytical and critical thinking thinking with strong problem solving skills
4. Detail-oriented (in both data and organizing / planning) and discipline with timeline and guidelines
5. Independent individual with excellent team-working skills
6. Understand how to use Microsoft Office and GSuite and are fluent in the usage of shortcuts, formulas, and pivot
tables
7. Prior working experience in project management is desired
