- Monitor plant performance and analyse data to provide performance trends and improvements
- Investigate all process failures and develop and implement solutions to prevent recurrence
- Select critical mineral processing technology and equipment using comprehensive analysis methods that considers technical, financial especially in new development projects
- Anticipate threats and opportunities to the product forecast over short, medium, long-term horizons and recommend to mitigate, supported by modelling and simulation
- Leadership and management of metallurgy staff and laboratory functions (metallurgical lab and coke oven lab)
- Bachelor Degree of Metallurgy/Chemical or Process Engineering.
- 10 years relevant experience with Metallurgy Manager
- Dept Understanding in equipment design & maintenance
- Dept experience in mineral processing
- Good in project execution/delivery
