Mutiara Harapan Islamic School seeks a dedicated and experienced Native English Teacher to join our team for the 2025-2026 academic year. This role is ideal for someone passionate about education and eager to work in a dynamic and diverse environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Teach English language and literature to primary or secondary students (depending on expertise and experience).
• Design and deliver engaging student-centered lessons.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
• Contribute to the school's extracurricular and cultural programs.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and collaborative planning.

Qualifications:

• Native English speaker (Non-Indonesian citizen).
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Teaching certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or PGCE).
• Minimum of 5 years' teaching experience (preferably in an international or multicultural setting).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
