- Pendidikan minimal Profesi Ners
- Memiliki STR aktif
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja dibidang yang sama minimal 1 tahun, freshgraduate boleh melamar
- Memiliki tanggung jawab, komunikasi yang baik, dan berorientasi pada pasien
