Job Description
Memantau penggunaan obat yang rasional serta memberikan pelayanan obat kepada pasien, keluarga pasien, dan tenaga kesehatan lain yang membutuhkan untuk memastikan pengelolaan dan penggunaan obat yang sesuai dengan standar, kebijakan, hukum, dan regulasi yang berlaku.

Qualifications

Master Degree from Clinical Pharmacy
Preferably have at least 1 year experience as a Clinical Pharmacist in a hospital
In-depth knowledge of pharmacology, therapeutic drug monitoring, and patient care principles.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, and for providing clear explanations and recommendations.
Strong analytical skills for evaluating medication therapy and identifying potential issues or interactions.
