Responsibilities
  • Support sales team to achieve sales and profit target of BD products on assigned area.
  • Develop training programs and modules for education to sales team, distributor’s sales force and customers.
  • Implement training programs to sales team, distributor’s sales force and customers.
  • Develop strategy on conversion plan of hospital, offer value added service of clinical team ability to help hospital process.
  • Work with training department of key customer on regular bases as BD differentiation.
  • Improve training material to support customer based on “Best Practice”.
  • Update on clinical process at the hospital, based on hospital benchmark.
  • Feedback on competitor product feature and benefit compared to BD F&B.
  • Develop collaboration programs with professional institutions.
