Responsibilities

Support sales team to achieve sales and profit target of BD products on assigned area.

Develop training programs and modules for education to sales team, distributor’s sales force and customers.

Implement training programs to sales team, distributor’s sales force and customers.

Develop strategy on conversion plan of hospital, offer value added service of clinical team ability to help hospital process.

Work with training department of key customer on regular bases as BD differentiation.

Improve training material to support customer based on “Best Practice”.

Update on clinical process at the hospital, based on hospital benchmark.

Feedback on competitor product feature and benefit compared to BD F&B.

Develop collaboration programs with professional institutions.
