Weekdays 12:00pm -20:30pm
Saturday 8:30am - 17:00pm
*Overview:*
A for Effort is seeking a proactive and organized Office Manager to join our team. Candidate must be fluent in spoken and written English. This role is vital in maintaining the smooth operation of our tutoring center, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and students while managing administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Tasks:
- Manage scheduling and coordinate lessons between tutors and students.
- Maintain office supplies, manage mail, and ensure a well-organized and efficient office environment.
- Handle data entry, filing, and documentation management.
- Prepare reports, maintain records, and assist in managing billing and invoicing processes.
- Client & Student Coordination:
- Greet and welcome clients and students as they arrive at the center.
- Direct clients and students to the appropriate tutors or classrooms.
- Coordinate student intake, attendance, and progress tracking.
- Assist with student registrations, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
- Customer Service:
- Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Address client concerns and provide accurate information regarding our tutoring programs and services.
- Follow up on client and student feedback to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts or other issues that may arise.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Previous experience in office management, customer service, or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with scheduling software.
- A positive attitude and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Preferred:
- Experience in an educational setting is a plus.
