Qualifications and Education Requirements
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Proven experience as office manager or similar administrative role
- Proficient in MS Office and “back-office” application
- In depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures as well as technical vocabulary of F&B/hospitality industry
- Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
- Integrity and confidentiality
- Degree in business administration or relative field
- Overseeing the work of all office employees to ensure they work productively and meet deadlines and company standards
- Counseling any employees struggling in their roles
- Monitoring office team schedule and attendance
- Monitoring office team duties, SOP and general conduct are implemented accordingly
- Organizing maintenance companies to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working order
- Reporting office progress to senior management and working with them to improve office operations and procedures
- Conduct any research the executive needs
- Make travel arrangements on behalf of the executive
- Problem solve any issues that the executive requests
- Schedule meetings for the executive
- Communicate between the executive and employees
- Attend meetings and keep minutes
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
- Provide assistance in bookkeeping
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Badung: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Office Manager / Secretary: 3 years (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
- 25% (Preferred)
