Job Description :
- Combine Team Tailor Requests: Organize requests in an Excel sheet for easy monitoring of statuses (Pending/Approved/Rejected).
- Job Codes for New Joiners in HRS and Akrivia: Maintain a reference list with job codes in HRS and Akrivia to share as needed.
- New Joiners Store: Help TA team uploading new joiners to avoid gaps in the payroll process. ECN Updates: Update promotions and movements manually in HRS and Akrivia.
- Store Staff Support: Provide assistance when store staff ask for help and track requests via helpdesk, personal chat, or the group helpdesk (e.g., Whats App).
- Support in Akrivia implementation.
