Partnership Admin (6 Months Freelance)

Your main duties in flying with us:
-
- Support Partnership team in general regarding all non-commercial administrative works
- Collect & check all reimbursements, reports, agreements, documents from the team
- Monitor and keep track of all overall Partnership team's budget usage and expanses
- Making details terms & condition for all promo ongoing and reconcile all the promo code after the campaign
- Monitor and keep track partner's payment and all documents flow that involve with another departments
Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:
-
- Minimum 1 year experience in handling sales/partnership administration
- Min. Bachelor Degree or Associate Degree from any major
- Understand administrative flows and documentations
- Good command in English (writing and speaking)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- The ability to build solid, collaborative relationships with colleagues
- The ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of people in different ways
