About the role

We are creating a new D2C product in the Legal Tech/Info Tech category and we are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to optimize our web product's growth across multiple paid advertising channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing successful campaigns on various ad platforms and a data-driven approach to improving key performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize performance-based campaigns across mainly Google Ads and Facebook Ads; as well as Instagram Ads, Tik Tok Ads, and Display networks
  
• Monitor and control key performance indicators including ROI, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and Ad spend for each channel
  
• Conduct a thorough analysis of campaign performance and provide actionable insights
  
• Develop and implement A/B tests to continually improve ad performance
  
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ad assets are optimized for each platform
  
• Manage budget allocation across channels to maximize overall campaign effectiveness
  
• Stay updated on platform changes and industry trends to maintain competitive advantage
  

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Tik Tok Ads, and Display networks
  
• Experience marketing subscription-based products
  
• Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques
  
• Proven track record of improving ROI and reducing CAC in previous roles
  
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio)
  
• Excellent understanding of performance marketing KPIs and how to influence them
  
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  

Location

Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.
