We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the development of innovative products that delight our customers.
Job Description:
As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in guiding the strategic direction of our products. You will be responsible for understanding market needs and trends, defining the product vision, and working closely with cross-functional teams to bring that vision to life. Your leadership will be essential in ensuring the successful development and launch of products that meet our business objectives and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Define the product strategy and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document customer needs and translate them into product requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the product development process.
• Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on business and customer impact.
• Evaluate competitive products and develop response strategies.
• Coordinate with marketing to develop product positioning strategies.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to stakeholders and customers.
• Monitor and measure launched products and feed learnings back into the product development process.
• Ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met while adhering to financial and time constraints.
• Manage relationships with vendors and third-party partners.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior product managers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field;
• At least 3 years working experience in financial and f or technology industries
• Prior product management experience and one of the following is preferred: Billing, Combined payment, Card billing and E-wallet
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to collaborate with stakeholders from across different markets
• Familiar with the Southeast Asian market, understanding overseas local user patterns is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills and creativity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Great analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• A keen eye for detail.
