Role:
1. Sourcing: Establishes connections with external suppliers to source materials, ensuring a smooth handoff to the purchasing team.
2. Sample Coordination: Oversees the creation of product samples, collaborating with internal teams to follow through every stage of development, including fittings, packaging, and storage, until final approval.
3. Administration (with Documentation Assistant):

• Manages records of raw materials, including fabric, colors, trims, components, and charms.
• Maintains product communication tools such as spec sheets, tech packs, and internal catalogs.
• Tracks product financials, including the bill of materials (BOM), pricing, and labor costs (both internal and subcontracted).

4. Communication: Distributes detailed product knowledge and catalogs to all relevant departments.
