Role:
1. Sourcing: Establishes connections with external suppliers to source materials, ensuring a smooth handoff to the purchasing team.
2. Sample Coordination: Oversees the creation of product samples, collaborating with internal teams to follow through every stage of development, including fittings, packaging, and storage, until final approval.
3. Administration (with Documentation Assistant):

Manages records of raw materials, including fabric, colors, trims, components, and charms.
Maintains product communication tools such as spec sheets, tech packs, and internal catalogs.
Tracks product financials, including the bill of materials (BOM), pricing, and labor costs (both internal and subcontracted).

4. Communication: Distributes detailed product knowledge and catalogs to all relevant departments.
