PT Elabram Systems is looking for QC Manager for our client in Automotive Manufacturing Industry for placement in Jatake, Tangerang with details below:
Job Descriptions:

• Development and implementation of quality standards.
• Ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance, from initial design through final production.
• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive QMS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and review the effectiveness of the QMS, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
• Enhance Market Quality according to Company targets.

Requirements:

• Male, 32-40 years old, Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering will be a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering will be a plus
• Have 10 years of experience in the same industry (Manufacturing)
• Having additional certification in quality management or a related field may be a plus.
• Understand automotive industry quality standards, such as IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
• Ability to read and analyze engineering drawings, product specifications, and other technical documents.
• Familiar with measurement tools and techniques and methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and failure analysis.
• Ability to lead and manage a team, including communication, training and motivation skills.
• Ability to plan and manage projects, and make strategic decisions regarding quality.
• Ability to analyze quality data and reports, and identify trends and areas for improvement.
