Job Description :
- Oversee all financial operations, drive financial strategy, and ensure the company’s financial health and sustainability.
- Lead budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance, while collaborating with other departments to support the company's growth. This is a critical leadership role with a direct impact on our long-term success.
- Financial Strategy: Develop and execute long-term financial plans, capital allocation, and financial goals to support the company's vision.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process and monitor financial performance against goals, providing accurate forecasts and reports.
- Financial Management: Oversee accounting, treasury, and financial reporting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards and regulations.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, implementing internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure data integrity.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present detailed financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and key financial metrics, to the Board of Directors and stakeholders.
- Audit and Compliance: Manage external audits and ensure compliance with tax regulations and other statutory requirements.
- Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with internal teams to assess the financial impact of projects and initiatives, providing insights to drive sustainable growth.
- Investor Relations: Maintain relationships with shareholders and potential investors, providing comprehensive financial reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or CPA is a plus).
- Minimum of 8 years of senior finance leadership experience.
- Expertise in financial strategy, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and risk management.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting, tax laws, and financial regulations.
- Strong management and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
- Prior experience in the Public Accountant, entertainment, media, or agency industry is preferred.
- Problem-solver, results-oriented, and a proactive team player with the ability to drive both strategic and tactical initiatives.
- Well experienced in using and optimize SAP system
