Job Summary
Responsibilities/Description:
-
Review MRP exception messages from SAP in daily basis
-
Place and monitor Purchase Orders to IFF Affiliate and 3rd Party Supplier
-
Manage inventory to support customer order fulfilment and monitor to minimize risk of obsolete & slow moving stock
-
Monitor and manage inventory to minimize risk of obsolete & slow moving stock
-
Coordinates with other departments regarding material issue, pricing and supply, documentation, etc
-
Daily, weekly and monthly report generation for Planning KPIs
Requirements:
-
Bachelor's degree in Chemical / Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
-
Able to communicate in English (verbal & written)
-
Excellent skills with Microsoft Office
-
Familiar with SAP is an advantage
-
Enjoy working with numbers and details
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
