The Raw Material Planner is responsible for day-to-day generation of process order (PO) from SAP system and analyze new order requirements that was processed by customer service or affiliates. This position will be based in Karawang and will report into Planning Manager.

• Review MRP exception messages from SAP in daily basis
• Place and monitor Purchase Orders to IFF Affiliate and 3rd Party Supplier
• Manage inventory to support customer order fulfilment and monitor to minimize risk of obsolete & slow moving stock
• Monitor and manage inventory to minimize risk of obsolete & slow moving stock
• Coordinates with other departments regarding material issue, pricing and supply, documentation, etc
• Daily, weekly and monthly report generation for Planning KPIs

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical / Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
• Able to communicate in English (verbal & written)
• Excellent skills with Microsoft Office
• Familiar with SAP is an advantage
• Enjoy working with numbers and details
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
