Job Responsibility :

• Manage and lead the Recruitment Team to effectively meet business needs.
• Develop hiring strategies, interview assessments, and procedures in alignment with company objectives.
• Prepare plans for hiring forecasts and sustainability as part of the company’s strategic planning.
• Forecast weekly and monthly hiring needs and adjust strategies as needed.
• Determine selection criteria and develop effective methods for candidate evaluation.
• Act as a company ambassador, attracting the best possible talent to the organization.
• Build relationships with external organizations to enhance talent-sourcing capabilities.

Job Requirement :

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Recruitment Supervisor / Lead (preferably from Outsourcing / Head Hunter Industry)
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Psychology / Management or any related major.
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technologies.
• Strong leadership and excellent communication skills.
• Willing to be placed in Bekasi

Working Arrangement : Work From Office (WFO)
Pay: Rp9.500.000,00 - Rp10.000.000,00 per month
