Job Description:

Conduct insurance basic knowledge to help prepare licensed AAJI & AASI, conduct development for CS with fundamental knowledge on bancassurance business & Conduct Enhancement Development, Creating selling habit in CS area and More than 80% offline session

Carry out initiatives that can support business growth, especially in terms of activity, CS productivity & CS active

Design and create a DRSM development program in

Responsible for managing special projects on the channel concerned

Design and create training materials as needed

Conduct basic training, development for IA and ASM NBC Channel, monitoring IA performance by productivity active IA, ticket size and persistency.
